Being a hair stylist was my dream job since I was a child – or so I thought. I completed my training as a hair stylist in 2006. However, in the years that followed, I lost my passion for the job. Following a major change in my personal circumstances in 2020, I decided to make some changes in my life and find a job that I loved. This wasn’t easy at first. I had various jobs in transport services and security, but I didn’t feel at home there. Jobs delivering parcels at Swiss Post and Quickpac also didn’t appeal to me in the way I hoped. In July 2023, I was given the chance of working as weighing manager at the sugar factory in Frauenfeld. After just a few weeks, I knew that the rail branch was something interesting and inspiring! As I worked with TR Trans Rail during this time and made several contacts, I applied for a job there. Fortunately, this application was successful. Since February 2024, I have had the pleasure of being part of a wonderful team that sticks together even in difficult situations. I can truly say that I have found a job that I really love and which makes me happy every single day.
